The mild onion flavour is ideal in salads or added to dairy sauces and in all types of egg and cheese dishes.
Hardy perennial. Height approx 30cm (12″).
Sow indoors March-April, or all year round for pots indoors. Outdoors March-May.
Harvest Cut the leaves as required once the plants have developed, they are best cut before the flowers form.
