OUR SHIPMENT DATES FOR SENDING ITEMS OUT ARE MONDAY-THURSDAY. ANYTHING THAT COMES IN AFTER 1PM ON A THURSDAY WILL GO IN MONDAYS COLLECTIONS.

Royal Mail Large Letter

0-100g = £1.60 (1st Class) £1.15 (2nd Class)

101-250g = £2.25 (1st Class) £1.85 (2nd Class)

Royal Mail 1st Class packet post

0-0.999 = £4.19

1000-1999g = £6.29

Heavier Items 

Dependant on the size of the container being shipped on items up to 25kg has a bearing on the price of shipping, rest assured we always seek the highest quality courier and best value for money.

Courier 1-2 working days delivery service. Fedex is the courier service we mostly use and they deliver from Monday-Friday. If you would like a Saturday delivery there would be an extra surcharge. We do not send out seed potatoes, onion sets or live plants on a Friday these will go the following Monday. Orders placed before 1.30pm will go that day. We do not send out on bank holidays. If you place your order on a weekend where there is a bank holiday Monday, your order will go out on Tuesday. As there is a big back log of orders sometimes orders will take a couple of days to get to you. Most of the courier is next day delivery but things do happen which are out with our control eg accidents lorries breaking down. So sometime it will be the following day.

1.001kg – 20kgs = £6.99 going with APC. 25kg and are more than 1.2m in length will be £8.54 going with Fedex

Should you receive an item or items which are damaged or faulty in the course of purchasing on our online store, contact us within 24 hours to arrange a replacement or refund.  Bridgend Garden Centre take special care to ensure that any items shipped out are inspected prior to packing and packed securely to avoid damage.  If you change your mind about your purchase from Bridgend Garden Centre (online only) we offer a full money back guarantee. You will be responsible for returning the goods. Always get proof of purchase as we will not be held responsible for goods going missing. Please notify us within 14 days of your delivery and upon receiving our goods back we will issue a full refund providing the item is unopened and “as new”(excluding P&P) This is in line with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002.
