Is an early maincrop variety producing good yields of bold white tubers ideal for the baker market. The tubers have bright skin finish and cream flesh. With a similar dry matter to Estima, Gatsby has a pleasing taste and flavour.
Gatsby with slightly lower tuber numbers bulks rapidily to produce an early baker crop. Good improvement over controls in resistance to late Blight, Dry rot, Powdery scab and PVA. Breeder cygnet PB
