Gardeco Pot Belly Steel Chimenea with Central Mesh Part and Cast Iron Legs

The Cordoba is a medium sized steel chimenea with an open mesh body to allow for greater airflow and brighter flame, while giving a great view of the fire from every angle.

t is important you observe the instructions and maintenance recommendations.

Metal chimeneas will rust. How much they rust is dependant on whether they are left outside in all weathers, how much they are used, how they are looked after. All can be re-painted. Rust does not affect use.

Metal chimeneas surfaces can become very hot in use and will burn the skin if touched. Burning temperatures inside steel and cast iron chimeneas are even higher than inside traditional cast iron chimeneas. We recommend the use of a chimenea guard when small children are present.

• DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN THE BOLTS BEFORE ASSEMBLING ALL THE PARTS
  Assembly is easier with two people, one to hold the parts and a second person to insert the fixings.
  Tools required: screwdriver and socket wrench – tong supplied
  1) Assemble Legs (H) to Bottom Bowl (G) with the six M6 X 20 Bolts (T2), Washers (U1),Lock Washers (U2)
  and Nuts (V).
  2) Assemble Mesh Body (F) to Bottom Bowl (G) with two Connection Plate (I), four M6 X 20 Bolts
  (T2),Washers (U1),Lock Washers (U2) and Nut (V).
  3) Assemble Top Bowl (D) to Mesh Body (F) with two Connection Plate (I), four M6 X 20 Bolts (T2),Washers
  (U1),Lock Washers (U2) and Nut (V).
  4) Assemble Flue (C) to Top Bowl (D) with three M6 X 30 Bolts (T1), Washers (U1),Lock Washers (U2) and
  Nuts (V).
  5) Attach Mesh Door(E) on Mesh Body (F).
  6) Insert the Round Grate (J) into Bottom Bowl (G).
  7) Put Flue Grill (B) and Rain Lid (A) on top of Flue(C).
  Assembly is now complete – check the chimenea is standing upright and then tighten all fixings. DO NOT OVER
  TIGHTEN THE FIXINGS
