Both the feathery leaves and seeds can be used to flavour fish, potatoes, sauces and mustard. The seeds can be used in pickling and stews.

Hardy annual. Height 75cm (30")

Sow indoors March-April, or all year round for pots indoors. Outdoors March-May.

Harvest Pick leaves as required (outdoor plants from June onwards), indoor plants all year round.
