Candytuft Purple Rain Seeds By Mr Fothergills

New to Mr.Fothergills range for 2019. Can be sown where it is to flower. This unique plant produces prolific vibrant, deep purple blooms, measuring 2in across. Plants are compact with bright green foliage.
An ideal choice for the lower border or pots and containers on the patio. Mass planting displays will also look very eye-catching. Easy to grow and fast flowering.

Sow & Grow:

Sow outdoors where they are to flower, 0.5cm (¼”) deep, directly into finely prepared soil which has already been watered. Seedlings usually appear in 14–28 days. Thin seedlings to 20cm (8”) apart. Water well until plants are established. Sowings made in curves rather than straight lines often create a more pleasing effect. For a continuous display make sowings at two to three weekly intervals. Late summer and autumn sowings will flower the following year.
