Broccoli – Early Purple Sprouting
A very hardy, cold tolerant, nutritious vegetable that produces a heavy crop of succulent purple spears when little else is available in the garden. Prefers a fertilie, moisture retentive soil.
Sow outdoors March-May.
Harvest February-May.
