Biztro Shallots
Spicy flavoured. Resistant to bolting.
Plant 13cm/5cm apart. An application of a general fertiliser in May will encourage growth.
Harvest from July onwards. Ideally shallots should be planted on a new site each year to prevent pests and diseases.
Size: 1kg (approx 35-40)
To help keep the price down, we buy them in 25kgs and weigh them out. 250gms, 500gms & 1 kilo
